Abstract


With the progress of science and technology , the high-tech industry 's contribution to economic development is increasingly significant . Domestic and foreign high-tech industry development Practice has proved that the contribution of the high-tech industries related industries lies in technology research and development (RD) overflow . Defense high-tech industry as a strategic industry of the country , the proportion of RD funding is relatively high , the technical knowledge inevitably application related industries . This application may have on related industries have great impact on the defense of high-tech industry , RD overflow in the extent to which promote the development of related industries , as well as related industries can really gain from ? View of the thinking of these problems , the article trying to RD spillovers empirical study of defense high-tech industry . Departments of defense high-tech industry between 1995-2008 RD investment as well as the civilian sector of industrial added value data for a sample , using the method of gray related degree analysis of the degree of association between the defense high-tech industry and related sectors , preliminary evidence of the defense high-tech industries of the spillover effects of certain relevant departments . And the use of regression analysis method , and further defense high-tech industry RD spillover effects into the measure . Concluded : the higher the degree of association between the radar, defense aerospace manufacturing high-tech industry and the transportation equipment manufacturing industry , and the spillover effect is also large ; military electronics electronic and communication equipment manufacturing large spillover effects . Meanwhile, the industry association - based theory of the contact between the defense high-tech industry and related sectors in depth analysis, and defense high-tech industry RD overflow path . Finally, the empirical results obtained , and learn from foreign experience based on the relevant policy recommendations .
