Abstract


The company's financial crisis early warning research at home and abroad are subject to a high degree of attention , it not only has high academic value , but also with a wide range of application value . With the rapid development of China 's capital markets , the uncertainties on the market increases, the company's financial risk issues become more prominent , more and more manufacturing listed companies into the case of the financial crisis . In this context , the financial crisis has become one of the important risk the corporate stakeholders need to anticipate and respond to the strengthening of early warning and management of risk is particularly important . This article consists of the following six sections : The first chapter describes the background and significance of the study , presented this research ideas and methods . The second chapter introduces the research status at home and abroad . Through literature study to compare the domestic and international financial crisis early warning research . The third chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the financial crisis early warning . The fourth chapter describes the process of modeling and analysis . First is the sample design and choose , establish preliminary warning indicators system ; then the data distribution state conducted KS test ; financial early warning indicators mean difference of significant testing , and factor analysis to financial early warning indicators conducted screening to exclude correlation to reduce the variable dimension ; Finally, based Logistic regression analysis to establish the financial crisis early warning model the correct rate of 95.9% , and drawn into a financial crisis in China's manufacturing industry listed company before 2 years , payables turnover indicators rate , the interest coverage ratio and annual reports of the type of audit opinion is the most judgment and forecasting financial indicators of the information content of the financial crisis concluded . Chapter warning model test on misclassification cost analysis model .
