Abstract


The new rural construction is focused on the development of rural economy and increase farmers’ income. We need new farmers for the development of modern agriculture. They must have the "cultured, skillful and working" ability. Strengthen the training of farmer’s education, improve the popularizing agricultural science and its overall quality is the basic task of the new rural construction. At present, our country rural labor force overall quality is low, agricultural science and technology and utilization rate is low, the rural talent constantly outflows, lead to rural construction insufficient reserve force. Therefore, effective agro-technique extension training education has the vital significance.This study adopts literature research, comparative research and survey research, etc. Studies show that agricultural technology personnel diathesis education to meet agro-technique extension training work needs; Agricultural technology personnel teaching methods, teaching means, teaching contents are hard to meet the farmers demand; Farmers own quality low, lack of leisure time also resulted in agro-technique extension training education difficult to implement reasons; Meanwhile, the government’s supervision, management system is imperfect. Secondly, on developed countries agro-technique extension training education experience for reference. Revelations: namely, the government should plays an important role in agro-technique extension training education; It needs to perfect agro-technique extension education system training; Strict assurance agro-technique extension training education teaching quality; Setting up reasonable teaching contents, teaching methods use flexibly , etc. Finally, to strengthen the education work agro-technique extension training implementation is proposed. Suggestions to strengthen the training of popularizing agricultural science education teachers team construction, change education methods and to strengthen the government’s financial investment, enhance the government’s functions of management, etc.
