Abstract


Demonstrated similar trends in different parts of the industrial structure in China's current economic development - industrial isomorphism , has become one of the healthy development of the outstanding problems of the troubled economy , almost every round of economic growth will be accompanied by large-scale appear redundant construction and overcapacity . This phenomenon has also attracted wide attention . Concern industry isomorphic relative regional specialization , internal industrial structure characteristics of each region or administrative unit similar performance in the regional economy, industrial development process same leading industries selection , close to the industrial scale and technical level boundary , industry product structure identical phenomenon , the occurrence of these phenomena are not caused due to the changes in the law of the industry itself , can preliminary judgment exists industry isomorphic possibilities. Since the founding of our country , every economic growth will be accompanied by similar industrial structure , the occurrence of redundant construction and overcapacity , which bring regional division of labor income declined , reduce the efficiency of resource allocation in society as a whole also great extent hindered the adjustment and optimization of the structure of the economy , affecting the healthy development of China 's economy . For this , the previous large and fruitful research , summarized the many reasons for this phenomenon , this paper put forward on this basis , the basic logic of this problem : a series of incentives in the competition in the local government played a catalytic role , industry isomorphism is only part of the performance of a series of results in the process , while the industrial structure, product structure is similar to the situation to some extent exacerbated by the local government in the next cycle power competition . This paper attempts to sort out the evolution of the local competitive landscape under similar industrial structure changes through history and experience , at the same time , a mathematical model , game analysis and empirical test for the interaction between the two and induced mechanism to make a detailed elaboration. On the basis of the analysis of the reasons , detailed countermeasures , gives a more targeted policy recommendations .
