Abstract


With the deepening of the reform of the housing system and the rapid development of the real estate and property services closely related with people's lives and work . However , a large number of social reality , omissions and mistakes in work , not lead to the satisfaction of the public property services , property services company's image has been compromised . In this paper, the theory of the image repair the public relations and crisis communication , and to propose appropriate strategies to help improve the corporate image of property services status quo . From the analysis of the deficiencies at the previous work , it is recommended to timely make up and corrected to avoid the crisis level climbed through the loopholes and mistakes . Meanwhile , in the repair process can improve cognitive property service enterprise image management , to establish a more favorable public image based on the property service enterprise image repair work has significance to turn adversity into opportunity . Through investigation and case analysis , the paper summarized a concrete manifestation of the corporate image crisis of property services , hazards and causes . Different objects according to public relations , for the corresponding property services corporate image repair external focus , internal policies . The main purpose of the external policy is to assist the property service enterprise stakeholders dealing with good corporate external relations , improve the satisfaction of the service object . Establishment of public relations and focus on the training of frontline employees mentioned in the internal policies , aimed to enhance the overall quality of the property services practitioners , and thus the external strategy to truly implement better achieve the purpose of property services corporate image repair .
