Abstract


In the current competitive market environment, relying on enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises with their rapid response MTO has been far from satisfying customer requirements for delivery and price. Upstream and downstream enterprises in a highly coordinated manner must cooperate in order to achieve the purpose of sharing resources and information. Parties to the transaction as an independent decision-making individual's attitude toward risk is different, the market environment of uncertainty makes the decision to take on the risk-averse behavior, the behavior of this circumvention as its own proprietary information, in order to gain an advantage in the negotiations, decision-making by its concealment, causing asymmetric information. The single-stage consultation delivery management is the order manufacturing enterprises are facing one of the most urgent issues related to the survival of enterprises. Therefore, the study of a particular small and medium manufacturing enterprises MTO delivery management issues, enhance the delivery management capacity and market competitiveness, has important practical significance and theoretical value. In this paper, the coordination of delivery and price as the research object, on the basis of previous studies, the Pearl River Delta region for small and medium manufacturing enterprises Lead Management MTO practical problems, through qualitative and quantitative analytical methods for small and medium MTO manufacturing enterprise delivery management provide some theoretical guidance, the main research work includes: (a) the basis of the existing research, the single node enterprise delivery and price optimization problem extended to the supply chain environment, were established based on the Stackelberg leader and centralized decision-making mode of delivery and price optimization model, give full consideration to the market service level constraint on the optimal decisions. Comparative analysis of two decision-making model to optimize the results, and through revenue sharing contract mechanism of coordination and cooperation between parties to the transaction problem. (2) on the basis of the original model, the distributor attitudes toward risk aversion introduced into the delivery and price coordination problems, the analysis distributors attitude toward risk aversion impact on the optimization model, and through revenue sharing contract mechanism to obtain the distributors have risk characteristics under the conditions of coordination and cooperation and coordination with relevant findings MTO manufacturing methods will be on small and medium enterprises are facing the risk attitude is inconsistent distributor, how delivery companies should be managed to provide some theoretical guidance. (3) delivery of enterprise management practice widespread asymmetric information especially policy makers risk characteristics asymmetric information problem into delivery and price optimization model. Compensation mechanism design makes use of information superiority with one reporting information, but also allows both parties to get appropriate compensation, the gains will also increase, draw the relevant conclusions of delivery for small and medium manufacturing enterprises management practices MTO faced by non- symmetric market environment information, how to make decisions, made with market competitiveness promise delivery and price, has some significance.
