CNC automatic ultrasonic testing system is a CNC machine , ultrasonic testing system and the computer system , such as one with a highly integrated system . It retains the workpiece machining capabilities and added to the ultrasonic automatic detection function , making both CNC machining equipment and automated ultrasonic testing equipment. In this paper, a modular product family ideas and methods of CNC machine tools automatic ultrasonic testing system for research and design . In this paper, the product platform product family design methods , research CNC automatic ultrasonic testing system product platform construction method . Customers first use of the functional requirements of product family thought the ultrasonic automatic detection systems function of the system analysis to determine the main features of each system . Then according to the results of functional analysis , based on the functional principle of independence of the results of the functional feature set , to obtain a relatively independent function blocks. Then the system based on the function block module division, got every one product platform composed of modules , two modules. Next, the key modules for the system - ultrasound probe module and coordinated control module module granularity detailed work . Firstly, ultrasonic detector modules and functional analysis of coordination and control module , and then analyze the results according to the function module division, get the ultrasound probe module and coordinated control module sub-module . After a good division of sub-module for the design, build a model of each sub-module . Finally , for each sub-module simulation models to further validate the feasibility of the design of modules .
