Abstract


With the deepening of our aging process, the aging population has become one of the factors affecting social development , and aging populations endowment problem also has become one of the urgent needs to solve social problems. Based on the study of existing three endowment patterns in our country, and the actual living condition of the Old of Guangzhou,the author tries to explore new senior care modem suitable to our country afer considering our social, economic, culture and ethics endowment factors. We try to embed a set of old service building of a certain scale in a community to meet the needs of all ages . It can accept the old people with different family structure and different physical condition. The old, the middle-aged and the young become neighbours. Through provide diversification for the elderly, relatively perfect living facilities and services,It makes the old in health and ability of self-dependence changes can still in familiar environment continue to live in the community .It also can provide relevant care services to realize the real“aging in place”.The article discusses the hybrid residential planning under the new modem and the olders’residential building.It presents two ideas of the structural system.One is that the endowment facilities are embedded in the community as a whole.The other is that endowment facilities are divided into several parts, and embedded in different housing clusters.The article also analyzes the overall planning layout and principle of the hybrid community under the background of Guangzhou. Then a systemic analysis and research is made for the control over the scale and function of the olders’residential building.At last, with the Tropical Climatic and the culture features in Guangzhou, the author studies the residential environment adaptability design of the hubrid community on the road and walk space,green space and some other details.
