Abstract


HSE management is construction project management is an important content of China's current construction project HSE management system is still in the development stage, information management level is not high . The existing HSE management information systems petroleum and petrochemical enterprises , involving little research on building projects . Therefore, in order to promote the development of the project HSE management , HSE management to improve the level of information , it is necessary to research and build construction project HSE management information system. This thesis focuses on the project HSE management information system modeling framework and the module's functional analysis , first through the construction status of the project research, analysis summed construction site in HSE management process problems and combined with literature findings raise HSE management information system should include an analysis point . Based on this established HSE management information system framework model, HSE management and HSE HSE management refined into acceptance and evaluation of managed two modules , and these modules has conducted further analysis. Then determine the appropriate sub- modules, sub-modules and functions for detailed analysis , with emphasis on security management module in-depth analysis . In the HSE management evaluation module, through computer-related technology to achieve HSE management evaluation function. By the HSE management information system framework model and module function analysis, for HSE management information system development to provide a theoretical basis , and enhancing our information technology project management level, to promote the development of the project HSE management , thereby protecting the lives and construction workers property.
