Abstract


The investigation by the the sheep nasal myiasis infection in Shanxi Loess Plateau region , immunology and pathology and nasal mucosa , to clear the sheep nose maggot infection rates of the region , the pathology of the disease and nasal mucosa immunological changes . Investigation of 307 cases of sheep , the sheep's head necropsy the sheep nasal myiasis infection from spring to autumn , check sheep nasal myiasis instar larvae infection , while observing the pathological changes , and take the nasal mucosa of infected sheep retropharyngeal lymph nodes, brain and lung tissue for histopathological examination , nasal secretions IgA, IgG content by ELISA , were detected by flow cytometry of the nasal mucosa , retropharyngeal lymph node in T lymphocyte subsets . The spring check 157 cases , nasal myiasis infection risk of sheep 34 cases , the infection rate of 22% ; autumn check the 150 cases , the infection risk of the sheep 70 cases , the infection rate was 47 % ; spring and autumn, the average infection rate of 34% . Nose maggot infected sheep nasal mucosa appear different injury and inflammation hyperplasia , inflammatory cell infiltration retropharyngeal lymph nodes , and some cases of emphysema , brain tissue edema . Sheep detected parasites were not detected parasites sheep compared with the retropharyngeal lymph IgA -secreting cells and IgG -secreting cells showing a rising trend , especially in lymph node medulla IgA -secreting cells and IgG -secreting cells increased significantly ; infected sheep nasal secretions of IgA , IgG level significantly higher than those not infected sheep , retropharyngeal lymph nodes , nasal mucosa CD4 ~ levels were significantly higher than uninfected sheep, nasal mucosa CD8 to higher levels than uninfected sheep , retropharyngeal lymph node CD8 ~ second level no significant difference , retropharyngeal lymph nodes , nasal mucosa CD4 ~ / CD8 ~ ratio was significantly higher than uninfected sheep .
