Abstract

This thesis physiological metabolism and loss of control during storage sugar from beet root mining of two aspects, different size, different species, different storage temperature (0 ℃, 4 ℃, -18 ℃ and open storage) and freezing temperature (0 ° C frozen, 4 ° C frozen and 10 ° C frozen) fruit quality and physiological characteristics of beet root and Beet sugar content in the different storage methods and storage quality, to determine beet mining fit The storage methods in order to reduce the loss of sugar beet during storage. Increase the sugar content for beet research focuses on breeding and field cultivation and management, beet physiological changes during storage and storage technology to reduce sugar loss. Findings effectively reduce the loss of beet root sugar, improve the quality of tuber storage, controlling harmful nitrogen accumulation, improve the rate of post-process in sugar has a very important theoretical significance and practical value. (1) in the open air under the conditions of different varieties (Beta 218, BETA 580, KWS 2409, the changes of the quality of the new sweet beet root 12 and the KWS 0413) Storage. The results showed that: BETA 218 and the Beta 580 can better maintain the total soluble solids and sucrose content during storage, to reduce tuber weight loss, reducing sugars and amino nitrogen accumulation, better maintain the quality of sugar beet storage. Stored in the open, select the beet varieties Beta 218 beta 580 as the storage of raw materials, better to keep the sugar content of the beet and storage quality. (2) beet root after harvest in accordance with the different size (large: 1.5kg;: 0.7 to 1.5kg;: 0.7kg) were graded and open-air storage, the results show that, during storage, beet-and middle-beet total soluble solids, sucrose content, tuber weight loss, reducing sugars and amino nitrogen accumulation was significantly lower than the small beets, better maintain the quality of sugar beet storage. Stored in the open air, in order to better keep the sugar beet storage quality should be selected more than 0.7kg of large and medium beet root as the storage of raw materials. (3) beet root after harvest at 0 ° C, 4 ° C, -18 ° C and open environment storage until completely frozen solid beet (30 days), the results show that: the reservoir temperature fluctuations speed up the beet root during storage loss of sucrose content, the promotion of tuber reducing sugar content, organic acid content, free amino acid content and the rise of the total phenolic content; while promoting the SS activity of beet root, NR activity, GS activity increased inhibition of beet root SPS activity. In order to better maintain the quality of sugar beet storage, to reduce the loss of sugar, the key technologies that control the the early beet storage of temperature fluctuations during storage and post-harvest beet frozen solid the faster, the better the quality. (4) fresh beet root in the -18 ° C frozen solid, respectively, at 0 ° C, 4 ° C and 10 ° C for 0 to 5 days to thaw in the thawing process, beet sugar, reducing sugar and other quality indicators and their metabolizing enzymes were measured. The results show that: the entire freezing process, in different freezing temperatures, beet root sucrose, CAT activity, SS activity and SPS activity showed a downward trend, reducing sugar, soluble protein, organic acids, PPO activity, POD activity, NR activity GS activity and weight loss rate showed an upward trend, 10 ° C frozen beet root these physiological indicators of the most obvious, the fastest decline in quality, and 0 ° C frozen beet root can effectively slow down the rate of decline of the storage quality . (5) to BETA 218 as test materials, the original storage methods for control, designed overhead storage, and trenching storage in two ways, and placed in the exhaust pipe and thatch cover straws, beet during storage quality indicators changes in the situation. The results showed that: trenching plus straws thatch covered storage methods can effectively reduce the loss of sugar beet during storage, keep the storage quality, beet storage is an affordable way.
