Abstract


Objective: To investigate the six cities in China pupils obesity-related nutrition knowledge and behavior, a view of childhood obesity, body image and obtain the way to the status quo of obesity-related nutrition knowledge, provide a scientific basis for the development of practical student obesity prevention strategies. Methods: A stratified random cluster sampling method, 8147 7 to 14-year-old pupils survey taken from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Harbin, Jinan and Chongqing City Proper. Results: 12.4% of the students are not aware of the hazards of obesity on health; 6.0% of primary school students think \% of students did not find the activity less likely to be fat. Respectively 8.4% and 9.3% the students recognized take \. Primary school students in 14 obese children view on which karma 9 mainly a positive attitude; proportion of positive attitudes in order from high to low top five man (59.9%), like to make friends (55.6%), self-confidence (52.6%), health (49.6%) of the study (47.5%), the proportion of negative attitudes 5 were large appetite (57.2%) (43.3%), she is, activities is inflexible (36.8%), not love sports (35.6%), unresponsive (32.7%); Compared with girls, boys more obese student activities are not flexible; neutral stance of non-overweight-obese group pupils pupils the appearance of obesity, and obesity pupils that their body. Pupils self-figure score an average score of 4.0, the ideal body score of 3.7 points; 28.4% of primary school students is completely satisfied with their body, 41.9% of the students want to be leaner, the proportion of girls than boys, and the difference was significant. I hope slimmer number of overweight and obese group, overweight, and the proportion of obese group were 31.6%, 72.1% and 88.0%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant. 97.2% of students concerned about overweight and obesity-related knowledge, and hope that the way to get through health education classes, expert guidance; boys hope to get through the \\Conclusion: China's Urban Pupils of obesity-related nutrition knowledge, there are a lot of misunderstanding, some the pupils exists unhealthy weight loss behavior; peers overweight and obesity pupils bias of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents, but its main tolerant attitude, while obese children in shape aspects of self-evaluation; pupils for obesity-related nutrition knowledge approach includes not only the traditional way, \Different gender, different age students take different nutritional education to improve the level of children's self-awareness of their carry early psychological interventions in order to be better able to guide and help them overcome a range of psychological problems due to obesity .
