Abstract


Comprehensively and effectively promote the new health care reform work, which is an important aspect and the prerequisite is to establish a sufficient number of accurate positioning of health care teams, training meet requirements of the new era of health care reform is critical to medical personnel. Young doctors are force health development, health development is the hope and future. Young doctors not only entrusted with the task of first-line medical services, but also as a back-up talent development and progress of medical science to promote the power source. The current \challenge, the declining influence of organized youth workers have become very concerned about hot spots. This article will introduce the doctor career management theory special career system, explore career management for young doctors influence job satisfaction, career management and how to use the content to improve the satisfaction of young doctors to promote its better to provide services. This paper is divided into four main parts based on career management of young doctors job satisfaction elaborate. First, the concepts covered in this article, such as job satisfaction, career, career management, youth were defined, and to further explore their theoretical basis. As the medical profession has a distinct occupational characteristics, a career with a more clearly defined, so this section also describes the characteristics and the doctor's professional title promotion related systems. The second part of the Shanghai portion of the top three hospitals in the age of 35 young doctors on the basis of a survey of young people based on career management job satisfaction doctors analyzed the current situation, while young doctors on the current status of career management finishing evaluation. The third part of career management from the perspective of the impact of young doctors job satisfaction factors were analyzed. The last part is in the first three parts of the basis of the content of the career management applied to enhance the young doctor's job satisfaction strategy, the combination of theory and practice, to illustrate the importance and strengthen the young physician career management, help young doctors to enhance job satisfaction and inspire young doctor's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, and for the medical career and Shanghai new health care reform implementation and make greater contribution.
