Abstract


Time management is individual in using time show on the way the psychological and behavioral characteristics, which is multidimensional, multi-level psychological structure, by the time value feeling, time monitoring view and time self-efficacy constitutes. Time is a thing that can be exhausted resource, because management of different, time can make a person in youth achievements, and gather the crown, to achieve the ideal of the other side, also can make a young sliding into lifelong accomplish nothing. The existing research revealed good time management on children’s academic delay has important implications, so strengthening and enhancing the time management skills is to reduce the important academic delay pupils intervention strategies. As a new education and the training mode, group counseling is through interpersonal interaction groups in relationship to promote individual in observing, learning, experience, and self-awareness, to explore the ego, test ourselves, understand others, learn new attitudes and behaviors, to develop a good adaptability. Helping process is an effective therapy and education activity. At present foreign intervention study of academic delay the mode is training and individual counseling group. Domestic scholars in recent years studies have also started to delay attention, but more is focused on some review of research, and these study used most by try for undergraduate and graduate students to study how is conceived, cross-cultural validation research abroad. And the current domestic studies on pupils, and delaying less attention is also lack intervention study. Therefore, this study aims to explore the time management to improve group counseling time management skills to reduce pupils is delaying intervention studies role.This research mainly adopts questionnaire and the group guidance law based on time management, this paper studies the theoretical design group counseling on children’s school of delaying intervention effects. This study selects grade 5 and grade 6 students to be tried, through the questionnaire filtrated 20 time management ability is poor and academic delay serious subjects were randomized into two groups, each group 10 people. Take training group and the training methods for measuring research before and after the experiment. Among them, the group group counseling in time management, the group not any treatment. Group counseling weekly 1, each time one hour, a total of nine times. After the group counseling with measured the same measurement tools before were measured. A group of training and measured before and after scoring and the variation of test scores between parameters inspection.Study found:(1) The training before and after workouts, the time management scale and academic delay scale score basic same, does not exist significant differences.(2) Training before and after workouts, time management scale and academic delay scale score than training after training before there was significant difference was significantly lower.(3) Dynamic tracking training after 3 months time management group counseling effect, the score is flat and little change, group counseling effect can be sustained.(4) Time management group counseling on children’s academic delay has significant intervention effects.Therefore, time management to improve group counseling elementary school time management skills and reduce the delay is there a role for pupils group, can yet be regarded as a kind of effective learning instruction modes and methods.
