Abstract


Science and technology made every progress in Human history, nowadays with the technology of Internet, has profoundly affected our human life and production, cause a political, economic and cultural, even including the overall social change and ascension. Along with the development of global information integration, Internet become the tools and methods used by human frequently. Network society also become human second survical space, and its developing process in the years of getting more mature. As the mapping and outspread of realistic social, Network society become a new social organization. it connect the entire world together without time, space and regional restriction. As the network society is multiple, bring in people great freedom and absolute convenient, but also there are many different ideas and moral standards. The cyber ethical issues was produced.In this paper, at first, made description of the cyber ethic problems arising and meaning , analyzed the reasons of formation and exist. Then ensure the characteristics of cyber ethic problems. at last, the cyber ethic problems background, networked significance, the implied contradiction of the network development was deeply thought in philosophical.
