Abstract


Intangible cultural heritage is a national identity logo, national culture essence, the symbol of national wisdom, national spirit crystallization, is the national cultural prosperity, sustainable development of national cultural overall with inheriting the national spirit, source of the important role and value. Intangible cultural heritage protection system is mainly made up of the subject of local government, non-governmental organizations and individual citizens, including the composition such as local government is the basic structure of main system. The local government of intangible cultural heritage protection as the important subject of intangible cultural heritage, the protection and inheritance of bear an unshirkable responsibility. Based on this, the paper with the responsibility of local government as a visual Angle, by Wujiang important intangible cultural heritage "reed protection of folk songs" market for example analysis of Chinese intangible cultural heritage protection work. This paper firstly on intangible cultural heritage and protection of local government responsibility was analyzed, thought the local government in intangible cultural heritage and to protect the government responsibility there exist in lost lack; Local government protection and inheritance intangible cultural heritage should adhere to the people-centered basic principles; In accordance with the local government shall carry out of intangible cultural heritage protection. Based on the model of intangible cultural heritage in wujiang market folk song as an example, introduces wujiang intangible cultural heritage in the basic condition of inheriting and protection of reed, and inheriting and protection market folk are analyzed, points out the protection and inheritance reed in the dilemma facing the market of folk with problems. Finally, this paper aimed at the local government in protecting the problems of the left, and puts forward the local government strengthen intangible cultural heritage and protection of countermeasures.
