Abstract


In today’s world, along with rapid economic development and rapid social change, a minor problem at the more serious crime. Juvenile crime and environmental pollution, drug trafficking and addiction tied for the world’s three major public nuisance. Our current society is in transition, in the political, economic, cultural, educational construction has made great progress in all aspects at the same time, the problem of juvenile delinquency is also rapidly increasing, has gradually become a serious social problem. According to Justice Department statistics,from 2001 to 2005 in the past five years,the national juvenile delinquents from 15382 people to 23957,the growth rate for 56.3%.The rise of these data have aroused enough attention, also surprised us is that over recent increase in juvenile delinquency, based on the proportion of juvenile recidivism have also shown a rising trend year by year. China to develop a "Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency" and related juvenile discipline regulations, laws and regulations are good, but these laws and regulations alone is not enough. Therefore, to find the most effective crime prevention and recidivism measures and countermeasures, improve laws and regulations in the same time, supplemented by education, persuasion and redemption supporting measures, has become a social problem worthy of attention. Young people are the future of the motherland is the hope of the nation, is the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, successors, and their healthy growth is the relationship between state, nation and the socialist cause of the event. Therefore, the transformation of juvenile offenders, education of the whole society should be concerned about. The subject tried to break through the "simple labor+technology and culture learning" the traditional model, this particular form of music as a juvenile to help, one important way to enlightenment. So that the aesthetic pleasure of juvenile offenders in the process of consciously self-education. Their hearts with the music brings the energy and emotions, help them to rebuild lives self-confidence, establish toward society and new confidence and courage.This paper focuses on music education to do with the probation of juvenile offenders through Beijing and Hunan, Henan, Guizhou and Guangdong provinces of the five juvenile correctional facilities served 500 young men conducted a questionnaire survey on their mental status, education level, family environment, music quality, music and other issues demand analysis, and puts forward a number of recommendations, including the following:1. By Beijing and Hunan, Henan, Guizhou and Guangdong provinces of the five juvenile justice system less than 500 men serving 5 years for empirical analysis of questionnaires and interviews to make a detailed analysis report.2. According to an analysis of research, combined with the nature of music education, music on juvenile probation for the value of education research.3. According to the report of the data to analyze the effect of music on juvenile probation, juvenile offenders of music on the implementation of the strategy to educational, correctional education goal of the implementation of the selected line with juvenile offenders in the form of teaching to determine the teaching content.
