Abstract


Accurate and appropriate predicate is crucial to translate in English Translation . Due to the diversity of the Chinese on the predicate expression , the predicate was recessive , so the predicate verb can be omitted, adjectives, nouns, and at the same time let quantifier individual predicate function ; while the predicate was dominant in English by the predicate verb composition. In addition , the Chinese can appear several predicate verb , the will the linked predicate of the Chinese translated into English , but according to the relationship between the verb to be adjusted accordingly . Start from the predicate predicate to compare the English and Chinese , and summarized several predicate Chinese to English , including how Chinese recessive predicate and Chinese acting predicate translate to encounter similar problems in the future to provide some reference.
