Abstract


China's vast land , has a long history , not only rich in natural tourism resources, but also has profound cultural tourism resources. However, due to the language barrier and cultural differences , foreign tourists is difficult to understand from a complete sense of higher levels of most of the cultural tourism resources . Therefore, the important role of tourism translation has drawn increasing attention. For translators , how to improve the acceptability of tourism text translation , allowing more foreign tourists to be able to understand and appreciate these tourism resources , thereby reshaping the international image of China to become a matter of concern , which is the author of this article concerns focus. Firstly, from the perspective of translation theory , discusses the \Acceptability is the target reader 's acceptance of departure , to determine the success of the translation , and the \text , in order to attract the attention of readers for the purpose of acceptability should also be put first. Secondly , the author from a cultural point of view, analysis of cultural factors on the acceptability of translated text and translation of tourism is not just that the language translation , it is cross-cultural communication, so cross-cultural awareness plays in foreign tourism translation the importance can not be ignored . Finally, through questionnaires and case studies , the authors pointed out that at this stage the common translation of foreign travel problems and foreign readers reactions , and proposed improvements. Hoping to English Translation practice and teaching to bring some enlightenment to promote the further development of China's tourism industry .
