Abstract


Criminal reconciliation rooted in our traditional thoughts of harmony and development in the People's Mediation System , currently building a socialist harmonious society background , has been booming , to a Temper Justice with Mercy Criminal Justice Policy effective measures . With the the the criminal reconciliation from theoretical studies towards judicial practice by local exploration towards universally applicable , the theoretical study of criminal reconciliation become a new and important subject . Order to enrich our criminal reconciliation theory , the author , from a practical point of view of the workers , through the accumulation of experience , to reflect on the lack of and subtle examination and analysis of the status of the Criminal reconciliation . This paper described the concept and characteristics of the criminal reconciliation , the study focused on the operation of the criminal judicial practice reconciliation process , a detailed analysis of the successes and shortcomings of the judicial practice in criminal reconciliation , and finally put forward some suggestions on how to improve the system of criminal reconciliation .
