Abstract

According to the concerned data shows, vehicle ownership in China rise to the world’s second in 2011. On the one hand, shows our residents living standard is increasing day by day, on the other hand the backward vehicles affiliated service measures also presents a severe test. In recent years, owners with parking lot significant growth in the number of legal dispute. This is mainly in the vehicle after the loss and damage to the understanding of the liable parties are inconsistent.The authors collected through summarizing the parking damage compensation cases. Finding parking dispute cases are mainly concentrated in three parking place. First, public parking, the second is the property parking area, the three consumer parking. The article is divided into five parts. The above three main parking legal relation analysis and the responsibilities of both parties shall be discussed.The first part, through the concept of parking leads to parking lot.
