Abstract


Effective salary management system is the key to the success of contemporary business factors and effective compensation management for early operation of the market China has professional football club is equally crucial. To the players on the transfer market in a favorable competitive position , in order to adequately motivate players to achieve team goals and make the greatest efforts , in order to pay the lowest cost to maximize team gains , the Chinese professional football club on the ball salary Management must take the road of science . This paper aims to discuss the analysis of Chinese professional soccer player salary situation and problems in compensation management , enterprise compensation management with Chinese professional soccer player salary situation and the actual development of professional football in China combined with the characteristics , design a professional soccer for China compensation management program that will manage professional football players pay compensation management practice and theory of modern enterprise combining of professional football players to explore new ideas for compensation management . After in-depth analysis of this research study that: during the professional football player salary management and design , we must first ensure the stability of the team , the players stability. Thus, compensation management process, to always implement the \principle, and the principle of team goals ; once again , I will pay the players are divided into basic salary, performance pay and benefits Salaries, these three parts will also be used as the three elements of compensation management team a reasonable allocation ; finally, to ensure that the team managed to obtain effective compensation effect , re-adjust the player's salary scale, each part is very important. For the above three aspects of the author proposes a more scientific compensation management solutions , I suggest making the players pay the design team can refer to this program .
