Abstract


\Educational development of China 's ethnic minority areas should be balanced development , the characteristics of the development and rapid development . \a series of institutional reform of the income distribution . At present , China's compulsory education schools in large differences in minority areas as a special area , there are obvious characteristics in the various regions of memory . In this paper, Dehong Dai-Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture Luxi City, Yunnan Province, Nujiang Dulong and Nu Autonomous County in pupil-teacher than the status quo , and pointed out that only in the De'ang and Dulong ethnic ghettos nine consistent schools the nine schools Santaishan De'ang Township \the impact , and then , on this basis , proposed to tailor the student-teacher ratio standards , optimization of the recommendations of teachers and student-teacher ratio regulation diversification .
