Abstract


The private vocational education is a major bright pot of present education development, and be gradually an important adding and the resourcing expansion power, while the private vocational skill training is the important component of the private vocational education.Since the private education promotion law was purposed, the private vocational training in our country has a better development.A great of number of good、high-quality、unique private vocational skill training schools are emerging,which increase the quality of workers,play a very positive role in the promotion of employment.But, with the rapid development of the private vocational skill training school,it appeared such not-ignored problems as not-standardized school,low-quality of training,no place of the government supervision and so on. So the specification for the behavior of the private vocational skill has a very important practical significance in promoting the healthy development of the private vocational education,The article used the experience summarization to have a summary for school experience in the private vocational skill training by myself, analyzed the vocational skill training of HuNan BoDa vocational school as a case;and compare with many familiar vocational training institutions to look for its existing problems and reasons, and put forward targetedly the countermeasures with the people principle of the vocational education.Nowadays,there are many problems in the private vocational skill training such as chaotic market, low training quality, out of touch between training and employment, lack of authority in certificates, not-enough supervision.It led these problems because of concept of constraint,conflict of interest, bad system and ineffective supervision.So the author put forward that the private vocational skill training must persist the purpose of human development to promote it, market-oriented training to lead it,reform as the driving force to regulate it,the training base for the carrier to expand it and skill contest as an opportunity to improve its quality,and drive its benign development.
