Psychological research shows that: a cause of success of 80% due to the non-intellectual factors, while only 20% is attributed to the role of intellectual factors. Therefore, in recent years, non-intellectual factors training and development in the field of education, more and more people's attention. The new curriculum reform is an important change is the change of the teaching objectives, one of the goals of emotional attitudes and values. Visible, optimization and training of non-intellectual factors should be reflected in every instructional design, teaching behavior. The narrow sense of non-intelligence factors are those not directly involved in the process of understanding, but from the understanding of the process directly restricts the role of psychological factors, including: motivation, interests, emotions, will, character. Non-intellectual factors in the students' mental activity plays a power adjustment, maintenance, orientation and so on. In the process of transforming the \Senior high school student psychology from immature to mature stage, the plastic line is very strong, non-intellectual factors also become the most important factor in determining the academic performance of high school students. Do a good job of non-intellectual factors, to promote the intellectual development of students, improve student achievement, improve teaching quality is important. From the source of non-intellectual factors, concepts and functions begin Gao'an high security, Jiangxi Province High School Students status of non-intelligence factors were investigated and analyzed the existing situation of non-intelligence factors for students on non-intelligence factors on rural high school biology learning impact study; measures to optimize non-intellectual factors in high school biology class, including: strengthen the emotional experience, stimulate motivation, interest in learning to mobilize temper will quality; shows the optimization of the author in teaching and training student teaching cases of non-intellectual factors. The research shows that: (1) students in regular classes and focus on the students level of non-intelligence factors there are significant differences in the level of non-intellectual factors of the focus of the students was significantly higher than students in regular classes, this difference serious impact on student achievement . (2) in experimental class implementation strategy for six months, found that the biological results of two experimental classes have been significantly improved, which also confirmed the strategy is effective; also illustrates the high school biology teaching non-intellectual factors effective, and ultimately improve students' learning efficiency and teachers teaching effectiveness. (3) the new curriculum to the cultivation of non-intelligence factors provide a larger space, teachers should be good at learning, reflection to improve their teaching level.
