Abstract


With the trend of development: the rapid change of global competition, information technology and environment, the enterprise must constantly bring forth the new through the old in order to manage and develop sustainably and avoid being eliminated by the society. When the organization faces to the changes of environment and encourage competition pressure, the leader often become decisions spindle of the organization’s trend, plays an important role in the organization. Different leadership styles have different effects on the enterprise innovation. The study sloves the plopolem that how leadership style effects the performance of enterprise innovation and how its role path.This study reviews the domestic and foreign scholars about the leadership style, innovation and organization learning theory, and then put forward the concept model and research hypothesis. The study adopts questionnaire survey on this basis with Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai employees as the research object,250 questionnaires were sent out, recovery of the total 200 valid questionnaires.Then we use the statistical software SPSS16.0 to analysis validity analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of leadership style, organizationa learning and innovation performance, and validate the proposed hypotheses. The results are as follows: (1) Contingent reward and active-management of transactional leadership style are positively related to enterprise innovation performance, and intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation of transformational leadership style are positively related to enterprise innovation performance; (2) the three dimensions of organization learning: learning commitment, shared vision and open mind are positively related to enterprise innovation performance; (3) the two dimensions contingent reward, active management of transactional leadership style are positively related to organization learning; the two dimensions characteristics, intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership style have a positive correlation with organization learning; (4) organization learning play a intermediary role in the relationship of transactional leadership, transformational leadership style and the enterprise innovation performance completely.Finally, this study also examines management suggestion of the leadership, points out the limitations of this research and future research directions.
