Abstract


, Technological innovation policy has become an important measure to enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation in China , deeply respected resource integration and policy-oriented science and technology innovation platform to study how to improve the performance of scientific and technological innovation platform gradually become the focus of attention of the scholars . Therefore, the combination of the platform theory and alliance theory , and on the basis of the analysis of the new drug innovation platform of Zhejiang Province exploratory case , proceed from the perspective of Alliance network , empirical study , Zhejiang Province, 52 scientific and technological innovation platform structure dimensions directly on the platform running performance the regulatory role of impact as well as the relationship between dimensions of science and technology run performance . Empirical studies show that : (1) the platform internal structure dimension members the ability and platform internal coupling degree of operational performance has a significant positive effect on the size and heterogeneity of the platform running performance has a significant negative impact on ; ( 2 ) platform trust to strengthen the negative relationship between heterogeneity and platform performance , weaken the positive relationship between the coupling degree of platform performance ; degree of compatibility to enhance the positive relationship between the member capacity and internal links degrees with the platform running performance . In the end of this paper, the empirical results are discussed and put forward policy recommendations to enhance the platform running performance .
