Abstract


Teacher-student relationship is the footstone of supporting education, not only to develop students’ physical and mental health, but also related to influence teachers’ quality in ascension. But the essence of education is to care for students’ qualities, advocate equality、exchange and dialogue between the teachers and students, therefore, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students can "care about type of potential, wake the memory from childhood, open the claustrophobic mind" Harmonious development can provide a platform for students. Moreover, countless education practice proves that the establishment of harmonious happy care type education is to improve the quality of the relationship between teachers and students of the first premise.With the method of education narrative research,this research selects Teacher Liu who has thirty teaching years, deeply in the students’ love from H school in J province as the research object, go into his own education field and inner world in the time of half an year, and in the teaching log and reflection, based on interviews with students, to present him of teacher-student relationship established care type to other teachers’process, trying to have enlightenment in the teachers and students relations.The following chapters were composed in this paper:Chapter 1:introduces the problem which was proposed and research significance; Chapter 2:the literature review, this paper introduces domestic and international teacher-student relationship, concerned about the research status of teacher-student relationship, and makes a review of the existing research; Chapter 3:theoretical basis, introduces the theory of DingSi care’s Nestor kirchner, the main content of this article, the core concept of defined; Chapter 4:study design and methods, points out that this research’s method-the education narrative, introduced the research object and the research process design; Chapter 5:care about the education of teacher-student relationship, establish a narrative research selected three of the five representative events to truly reflect the care of teacher-student relationship established type process; Chapter6:we analyze the story, and based on this, explore the relationship between teachers and students to promote a care type internal factors and external factors;Chapter 7:research conclusion, it sets up care through narrative of teachers of teacher-student relationship basic requirements; Chapter 8:a discussion of their research process, rethink.
