Abstract


The population issue has always been a big problem in China , in a sense, a scientific and reasonable way to solve the population problem in China , seizing a lock and key to solve all the problems of the Chinese society . The beginning of the founding of New China , the the Ma Yinchu according to China's basic national conditions , proposed to \This proposition is based on the long-term interests of the State and social stability is the premise of value as a model , to the prosperity of the country and the people 's happy life . As the new China famous demographers and economists , Ma Yinchu thinking on population issues both serious scientific analysis , but also contains a wealth of ethical implication . This paper focuses on the analysis of research from the perspective of population ethics Yinchu population thought . This paper is divided into four parts : the introductory part of the main significance of the topic of the thesis , research trends at home and abroad , and the purpose and research methods , a brief introduction . The first chapter is based on a specific historical era , from political conditions , the economic base and other social factors to analyze , explore the Ma Yinchu population thoughts realistic basis . The second chapter is the main part of the paper . Ma Yin-chu , an economist at the population thinking from an economic point of research , but also contains a very rich ethical implication . This chapter in accordance with the basic architecture of population ethics to explore the basic connotation of the the Ma Yinchu population ethics thought : the value based on control population , population control value targets , on the the maternity main moral concern and fertility concept of changing ethical ways . The third chapter is a basic evaluation of the Ma Yinchu population ethics thinking . Reference to historical and realistic perspective to analyze the status of the Ma Yinchu its population history of ethical thought , clarify a the Ma Yinchu population ethical thinking reality significance .
