This article will draw on the theory of foreign direct investment affect the distribution of income is derived mechanism of foreign direct investment in industry income gap; re-establishment of the panel data model, expand the empirical study of the impact of foreign direct investment in China industry income gap; and on this basis proposed in this paper to provide a theoretical and empirical basis for our government's macro decision-making and policy-making. First, a review of relevant literature to draw the main factors of the income gap between the affected industries, Recalling also at home and abroad on foreign distributional impacts directly on the host country income theory and empirical research literature, summed up the foreign direct investment affect its labor into the industry productivity levels to influence the wage level of the host country, and foreign direct investment will expand the gap between the wages of skilled workers and non-skilled workers. Secondly, the statistical analysis of the foreign direct investment and our various industries, the income gap between empirical data, found that with the continued inflow of foreign direct investment, the income levels of the various sectors have improved, but improve the speed and extent of inter-industry The average wage gap to expand much faster than the national average wage growth, the widening gap between the wages of workers of various industries; particular, foreign direct investment into relatively large industry wage levels and wage growth rate is lower than the foreign direct investment into the relative less industry wage levels and wage growth rate. Third, this paper based on the the predecessors regarding foreign direct investment on the heterogeneity of labor remuneration impact analysis results of the Cobb-Douglas production function expansion of established theoretical model deduced foreign direct investment affect the host country, the factors of production income gap trends judgment model; further analyzed the impact of foreign direct investment on labor productivity in various industries and lead to the expansion of the industry, the income gap; foreign direct investment will continue to expand the wage gap between skilled labor and non-skilled labor, which has to a certain extent led to the industry, the widening income gap. Empirical differences of the various sectors of foreign direct investment, human capital differences, differences in the amount of labor, industrial added value differences, professional and technical personnel differences explanatory variables establish various industries workers wage differentials for the explanatory variables in the regression model, using China Statistical Yearbook \played a certain role in promoting the expansion of workers' wage gap, the basic conclusions of the empirical analysis to verify the results of a theoretical model. Finally, the problem for the industry, the income gap, the recommendations from the three aspects of the foreign direct investment policy, income distribution policy, and national education policy.
