Abstract


Foreign direct investment funds international flow , it has played a role in promoting the economic development of the home and host countries . Currently , the majority of foreign-funded enterprises in China 's investment in the Economic Development Zone, which has obvious group investment characteristics . We refer to this gathering space between industrial clusters associated with the formation of industrial collaboration FDI called FGI. From theoretical terms FGI entry will bring to the host country technology overflow the negative spillovers However, in recent years, a growing number of scholars in the use of Chinese data empirical analysis . To explore the effects of FGI overflow factors select 51 county-level city in Jiangsu Province to study the influencing factors to sort the data , during packet regression , analysis of the impact of various factors on the spillover effects , followed by Jiangsu Province the two largest economic development zone for comparative analysis, in order to better use of foreign investment , more practical policy recommendations . The regression results show that the infrastructure, technical level and opening up the degree of the spillover effects are not significant , and no significant effect on smaller proportion of foreign investment , the proportion of foreign investment in the intermediate group spillover effects of the larger group , the proportion of foreign investment , the spillover effect is negative . This shows that the proportion of foreign investment is not as high as possible , only the appropriate proportion of foreign investment in order to increase the overflow of foreign-funded enterprises . Be spillover effects of foreign capital in the level of human capital threshold effects, only have a certain level of human capital in order to obtain a positive overflow . Step-by-step , beginning on the introduction of the high technological level of enterprises to pay attention to Attract FDI when on comparative analysis of the Suzhou Industrial Park and the Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone , difficult for local businesses to gain technology spillovers , local economic development to a certain level and then the introduction of a high level of skills of foreign capital to help local businesses .
