Abstract


Today's world , with the acceleration of economic globalization , science and technology innovation , a frequent change of the policy environment as well as consumer preferences with each passing day, more and more difficult for enterprises to clear perception and discrimination of their own environment and make a rational and effective strategic choice. Based on this grim fact , I put forward the basic problem of this study : environmental uncertainty affect the choice of corporate strategy ? Current literature review , environmental uncertainty as a regulation or intermediary variables to study enterprise strategy choice , few scholars uncertainty of the environment as a major variable to conduct empirical research . Therefore , the study on the basis of the existing literature , we selected the two dimensions of the dynamic and hostile environment of uncertainty , as well as the strategic choice framework of Miles Snow , attempts to explore the role of environmental uncertainty select the drive corporate strategy . In addition , in order to select and implement the strategy , companies must accurately Discrimination and cognitive environment , this paper also introduces organizational learning ability as an adjustment variable . Ideas based on the above studies , conducted the survey of more than 200 corporate executives . The empirical results show that , the environment uncertainty that has driven most of the strategic choice of the enterprise , and the interaction of environmental uncertainty and organizational learning have a significant impact on some strategic choices . Based on empirical results , in the end, for the majority of businesses provide inspiration and advice .
