Abstract


The food is the basis of human survival and development related to the economic development and social stability. In recent years, China's food security situation is not optimistic, and the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents. In this context, the strengthening of China's food safety problems, it is particularly urgent and important. In this paper, based on the core definition of food safety, government regulation, food safety control, analyzes the theoretical basis for the Government to intervene in the control of food safety.
