Toward the sustainable development of high performance, diversification, pervasive and intelligent direction in information technology today, diversified multimedia services on the Internet. Multicast communication can solve the reception problems for multiple users, and its essence is the demand for personalized, efficient organization of computing resources, construct secure network application environment that can adapt to users' needs. With multicast communication starts from theoretical research to practical application, its security problem is becoming more prominent. Multi permissions multicast communication security issues, security issues in multicast communication is more difficult to solve than the traditional (single permissions). This paper introduces the group key management protocol the multicast communications technology already, and for the key tree in these protocols are binary tree, is not conducive to the limitations of the system expansion, based on a one-way function tree Group Key Management Protocol (One-Way Function and Multiway Tree-Based Group Key Management Protocol, referred OMGM). The agreement will more than tree structure foundation as a key chart, effectively reducing the height of the key tree, thereby reducing the group administrator and user key storage, key updates, and network overhead. Meanwhile, the agreement using a random number to the auxiliary key update, can significantly reduce the consumption of network bandwidth caused due to the broadcast key update. In addition, this paper based on the attribute-based encryption, one for permission multicast communication security encryption scheme (A Scalable Encryption Scheme for Multi-Privileged Group Communications, referred EMGC). The program uses the attribute flag data stream, while the legitimate user information into ciphertext, so that through the properties and ID of the dual constraints to ensure that the multicast communication of the forward and backward security. For different application environments, this paper gives two encryption methods: Method applies to transfer higher frequency, between users of different service groups and the public key length is smaller; Method Two public key and the length of the ciphertext a compromise, but also to ensure that the process of multicast messages, groups, managers and users with less computational overhead. In short, the paper addresses a number of security issues in the privileges of multicast communication, including the design of key management protocols and encryption scheme. Thereby ensuring the security of the multicast communication, to solve the key distribution and update problems, reduces the calculation of the group manager and member, and storage overhead and reduces the amount of network bandwidth, etc.. The results of these studies will be applied to the actual change multi permissions multicast communication research, the status of application \
