Abstract


Academia for the corporate governance issues in working consumer study was limited, most of the research has focused in the area of monetary remuneration and equity incentive . With a better understanding of the incentive contract , serving the prevalence of consumption also make people more and more attention to the subject . This article first attempt to systematically combing serving domestic and international consumer research literature as well as performance of the company and the sensitivity of executive compensation research literature summarized the serving consumer research field and the pay and performance sensitivity neighborhood research two angles , respectively, from the theoretical and empirical research provide a reference for the relevant theoretical and empirical research . At the same time , we found through empirical research , in a higher degree of market time and regions , listed private enterprises monetary compensation contracts significantly increase the degree of substitution of serving consumer contract ; Second , executives serving consumer and executive pay as the market the process of gradually increased , and at the same time , the process of marketization listed private enterprise executives monetary remuneration to corporate performance sensitivity , but did not reduce the sensitivity of listed private enterprise executives working consumption of enterprise performance , in contrast , in some tests , the consumption of private enterprise job reflects the role as a motivational tool , serving consumer and the sensitivity of the results of some test results show no market impact .
