Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China's exhibition industry has made considerable progress , more and more large and medium-sized cities to host major international conferences and international exhibition capacity . Has a strong influence due to a number of large-scale international conferences , major city contractors meeting the increasingly fierce competition , even unhealthy competition . To this end , the central government increase control efforts to restrict the introduction of relevant policies , so that local governments can no longer preferential terms in exchange for meeting settled . In this case , meeting the quality of service to become the most concerned about the siting of the conference organizers factors . City to host large - scale international conferences will be the establishment of the Preparatory Committee (or the organizing committee ) as meeting temporary operators to provide services for the meeting , but the level of service varies greatly . Part of the meeting because of the level of service is not in place , not only can not play the role of the city 's publicity , but leave a bad impression to the participants at home and abroad guests . The organizational structure of the Preparatory Committee is the basis of providing good service and a decisive factor . The setting of the Preparatory Committee of the organizational structure both departmental organizational structure set including staff positions to develop . At present , the internal organizational structure of the meeting of the Preparatory Committee set temporary determined based on meetings experience can not handle the situation and then adjust the to bring multi inconvenience Preparatory work smoothly . In this paper, using the case study method , first introduced A meeting of the Preparatory Committee and its operations , then set set departmental organizational structure , staff positions and both test standards - performance appraisal theory summary order a meeting of the Preparatory Committee actual profound summary of the Preparatory Committee in the department organizational structure , staff positions , performance appraisal and the problems and proposed solutions . Hope that through the study of cases to solve a common basic issues of the meeting of the Preparatory Committee , in order to provide a better service for the meeting .
