Abstract


At present , the \Huge \Implementation of information driven urbanization , the national economy to achieve leapfrog development strategy must be to speed up construction of rural information , improve information development services . Therefore , this paper based on the information services in rural areas under the new rural construction , information services and the development of surrounding rural cafes , combined with survey data analysis of rural Internet cafes information services exist problems and their causes . The last targeted countermeasures propose solutions to problems . The thesis is divided into six parts . The first part is an introduction discusses the background of the construction of rural information service , policy , topics of reason , purpose and significance of research content and methods ; second part of the definition of the concept of information services in rural cafes ; Part III information development services analysis of rural Internet cafes at home and abroad ; fourth part , the information service of the of Changzhou rural Internet cafes analysis , part V , and information services to improve the promotion of rural Internet cafes countermeasures ; part VI , Conclusion and outlook .
