Abstract


The building of the File Management Information System for University is an important measure of higher education. File Management Information System for University is a synthesis file system developed by using advanced design methods and technologies referring to the data’s filtering,collecting and saving in the process of file management. It is established in the real file management work of the Liao Ning Institute of Science and Technology and it involves every stage of the file management work for different file managements. The system is used to solve a series of realistic problems effectively such as the data redundancy,the resources waste, in complete data,process complexity,the imperfect surveillance mechanism,the statistical work detention and so on. The goal is to achieve management of the whole process for the file collecting, searching and destroying of the file management work,so as to improve the comprehension of the collection and efficiency of file management process.This paper is based on archives of the Liao Ning Institute of Science and Technology and construction information in the file problems. In the effective integration of information resources at the same time rational distribution of school files, the building of the file information database features and the improving of the collection of information utilization by high school file service, about the spirit of "practical-oriented, using the earlier" principle, the system uses the integrated use of the WEB technology involved in the JSP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate and other frameworks technology. The Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology for Digital Archive Management System design and development aims to achieve compared to other file management software capabilities to be innovative to meet the College of Information Science and Technology Liaoning. The continuous development of the construction of the new requirements to ensure Liaoning Institute of Technology file information construction quality and speed, while building its own characteristics.
