Abstract


With the development of science and technology , modern optical systems increasingly large caliber , large cavity length wavelength tuning interferometer as part of large aperture optical testing instruments , played a crucial role . In addition, some components need to be measured under the Brewster angle , when you need a large cavity length wavelength tuning interferometer . However , the large cavity under the long wavelength tuning interferometer wavelength resolution is insufficient, the residual vibration obvious problem, resulting in a greater shift phase error , affecting the accuracy and precision of the detection result of the interferometer . The research carried out for this series of questions . Insufficient for the large cavity length wavelength tuning interferometer wavelength resolution , high precision and low noise regulated power supply , improved wavelength resolution . Large cavity length wavelength tuning interferometer residual vibration sensitive to this problem , this paper, a phase shifting interferometer measurement results the subsequent processing technology (Vibration Compensation Algorithm, VC algorithm) , to reduce the impact of vibration . The method relies on the spatial domain description of a unique interference pattern (also called phase error charts) , and its spectral analysis . This method fast calculation , does not require additional hardware , applicable to any phase shift algorithm , to produce more than 10 times the inhibitory effect the vibration error of the interferometer of the large cavity long wavelength tuning . Prone to large cavity length wavelength tuning interferometer phase shift error is the issue , this paper studies a shift from the random relative phase shift algorithm for improved information extraction phase distribution of random interference pattern . The algorithm is based on the principle of least squares iteration through separate iterations between the iteration and between frames pixel by pixel , to solve the limitations of existing iterative algorithm . Further, even in a totally random phase shift amount case , only the use of three phase-shifted interference patterns can also stabilize the convergence and accurate extraction phase , with a simple , quick and fully automated , and effectively solve the large cavity long wavelength tuning the interferometer phase shift error .
