Abstract


Along with the rapid development of information technology , especially the universal application of Internet technology , e-government has become one of the most important fields of application of information technology . E-government is the use of modern information technology in government agencies , to achieve a restructuring of the organizational structure and workflow optimization across the constraints of time , space and departmental separation , built a streamlined , efficient , honest, fair government operation mode . The nature of e-government is the use of information technology ( especially network technology) administration . Below in the context of China 's accession to the WTO , China is to build e-government , the establishment of a set of times more competitive and dynamic new management system , to achieve the transition to e-government management of traditional labor -government management . Order to adapt to this new development and changes in China 's Vocational College of Education under the comprehensive reform and open environment to adapt to the requirements of the new global economic development , according to the region's political and cultural foundation for adaptive innovation makes Vocational College tradition the Administrative mode can not meet the actual needs of social development . Vocational College of Education in China , especially economic development is lagging behind the regional vocational school running financial constraints , serious talent, technology and other factors are restricting the construction and development of e-government system that liabilities . How to effectively strengthen Vocational College e-government work , and vocational schools to improve the management level and school level , has become a major issue for months to the rapid development of the Vocational College of Education and must be addressed . ASP-based technology , this paper constructed a college e-government system , designed and realized the administrator function module with teachers functional modules , in order to be able to let the College of e-government management to automate office , to improve the efficiency of the Institute of Administrative Management .
