Abstract


IT 's rapid development and management of information systems widely used for the development of enterprises has brought new opportunities, but also enable enterprises to face new challenges. With the development of market economy , the enterprise continues to expand , the use of computers to achieve corporate personnel management has been imperative . In this paper, ASP SQL SERVER 2005 as the technical basis for the Sichuan Airlines development status and personnel records management needs , focuses on the company's personnel file management information systems analysis , design and technology implementation process. Specifically , this paper completed the following work . First, the study Sichuan Airlines personnel file management information system requirements, here 's needs include modern enterprise personnel file management needs , management of personnel files on a computer network , communication and database technology as the core of information technology needs through needs analysis , a clear system development goals and the realization of the function . Second, the study of the B / S mode of MIS system's basic principles and implementation of the technical basis , through the network database access technology, database design technology and ASP technology in-depth analysis , indicating that the use of various existing IT can achieve the intended personnel file management information system functional requirements. Third, the study Sichuan Airlines personnel file management information system implementation process , focusing on analysis of the database design process , various functional modules using ASP technology , access to the database functionality of the implementation process as well as about the security of the system design technology and strategies and other issues.
