Abstract


With the rapid development of the college and the continuous expansion of the number of students increased dramatically , the credit system management also replace the management of the past school year made ??the original manual method of assessment scholarship now can not meet the demand . This requires a scholarship assessment system for unified management . However , most of the college scholarship assessment attributable to the student management system, to implement not only increase the workload , and the functions are not comprehensive enough , in the case of Credit management system should be based on the various colleges and universities , the use of computer to achieve scholarships assessment system management is imperative , now re- development of an the scholarship assessment system to make up for past deficiencies . The system using Visual Basic as a front development platform , the back-end database using Microsoft SQL SERVER 2000, using C / S structure and mode to develop scholarship assessment system . In this system , the user's permissions : administrators , teachers and students of three . Different users into different interface , different operations . In this design , mainly around the system of the scholarships assessment system needs analysis , data structure analysis , and functional realization depth scholarship assessment system development process and realization of ideas . The subject starting from the specific circumstances and requirements of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College , through a lot of research , trying to design a functional , practical the student scholarships assessment system can be achieved in this scholarship assessment system : user login / register delete and modify user permissions , fast input , data entry / delete , query results / print , scholarship , comprehensive assessment function , at the same time , also beautiful, friendly interface designed for different users . After repeated tests , the system runs very stable through the different operating on the front desk of the effect of the operation on the back-end database , the system can automatically rated the overall quality of the student assessment results and generate scholarship . The system is safe , easy to maintain , scalable , low coupling , high value applications .
