Abstract


University information system for higher education modernization. With the continuous development of science and technology, information technology will lead to great changes of higher education, colleges and universities to really step into the center stage of the economic and social development. In order to play the role of the locomotive \This is the inevitable choice of university reform and the development of an urgent strategic task is the modernization of higher education. Continue to expand with the set of hardware and software aspects of the continuous enrollment in higher education institutions, including teacher, makes day-to-day work of the colleges and universities increasingly large amount of information, the traditional salary management system generally can not meet the reality of the development needs. In this background, the analysis of the history and current situation of the domestic and foreign enterprises information systems, combined with the practical needs of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, proposed the salary management information system solutions. This paper-oriented method of combining objects and structured design thinking to describe software requirements, design, implementation, testing and deployment process. Work according to the university payroll management, design and development of a set of C / S and B / S hybrid architecture wage management system. Focus on overall network topology design, the two systems architecture and system implementation of security policy do a detailed analysis and exposition. The functionality of the system, basically covering all aspects of payroll management, at the same time with the powerful query and reporting capabilities enable users to timely and accurate understanding of the required information. The user can also freely define wage structure, even if the structure of the wage changes, can still maintain the consistency of the items of the selected wage. Flexible wage structure based on this, the user can specify any wages for maintenance operations, easy to operate and simple. Automatic wage accounting function can meet user customization, college department information sharing, Campus office collaboration and data synchronization. In the development and implementation phase of the system, using the MVC design pattern and software reuse and software component technology to avoid repetitive labor, improve the efficiency and quality of software development. Unit testing and integration testing of the system function modules, the entire system is running well, and put into use. The design and development of the system will play a significant role in the level of information management for enhancing college.
