Abstract


Office automation system is the use of computer technology to improve the efficiency of the office , and then realize office automation processing system . It uses the Internet technology , based on the definition of the workflow , so that the internal staff to quickly and easily share information , work together efficiently ; changed the traditional cumbersome and complex manual office methods to achieve rapid , diversified information management for the enterprise management to provide a scientific basis for the development of appropriate strategies , many enterprises welcome [ 1] . Cooperative office by office automation systems , can bring great change for the company and other units : improve work efficiency, operational savings , standardize the management of the unit , and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and so on . This paper first describes the system used JAVAEE technology and workflow technology , which JAVAEE technology industry SSH2 three popular Web framework , which is responsible for the presentation layer Struts2 logical layer Spring and persistence layer, Hibernate . Workflow technology , workflow management system based on Petri-net Fireflow people development , semantic accurate , simple application . And demand analysis , system design , system implementation , system testing logical order system in detail . In the development process , and strictly follow the principles of object-oriented design , using JAVAEE outstanding hierarchical thinking , and the introduction of a suitable the classic strategy pattern \Designed and coded by more than six months , the system has been successfully completed , and successfully deployed into the production environment , and get positive feedback , and continue to improve . The system has a certain sense of promotion .
