Future mobile communication development direction of high-speed, large capacity. To promote the commercialization of third generation mobile communication system at the same time, the world has research focus to advance research into Beyond 3G mobile communication, in order to seek innovative and breakthrough concepts and technical, so that the capacity of wireless communication and the rate has been greatly improved. Their choice of broadband digital transmission technology (e.g., TD-SCDMA, MC-CDMA and WCDMA, etc.), and the higher the spectral efficiency of modulation methods (such as QPSK and M-QAM, etc.) will result in the signal having a high PAPR (Peak-to-Average-Power Ratio, PAPR), the dynamic range of the envelope increases, which on the hardware requires the power amplifier must have a large linear range. Therefore, the power amplifier linearization technology has attracted the attention of the parties. In this paper, the potential power amplifier linearization technology digital baseband predistortion technology analysis first study of broadband communication system power amplifier nonlinear characteristics and the memory effect and its system, and analyzed on the basis of and comparison of various nonlinear power amplifier behavioral models. Were discussed for the different behavior of the model memory and memory predistortion technology, particularly to the complex gain predistortion techniques example simulation to compare in-band and in-band performance of tangent method and Newton method two different adaptive methods. Meanwhile, also uses the OFDM signal source to the simulation analysis of the performance of different types of memory pre true. Then the experimental amplifier, a class AB power amplifier based on Freescale's is building a test system and proposed a new energy to reduce the amount of computation, and is conducive to the new hardware implementation feedback delay estimation method. Next, in the case of the input of the WCDMA signal, the analysis and comparison with the memory polynomial and orthogonal memory polynomial pre-distortion effects, verification of the orthogonal memory polynomial predistortion technique has the advantages of the memory effect of correction amplifier. Finally, the predistortion system hardware realization of the principle, focusing on analysis of the Systolic pulsation structure based the CORDIC technology adaptive QRD_RLS algorithm, and in the open-loop WCDMA signal single-carrier and dual carrier testing, system adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) greater improvement for single-carrier WCDMA signal, its ACPR improvement at least greater than 10 dB in the strongly nonlinear region, although its effect by a certain influence, but for two-carrier WCDMA signal ACPR performance also higher than 3 dB improved. This results show that the method improves the performance of power amplifier linearization to effectively suppress the spectrum spread of the band of the wideband signal.
