Abstract

Development of leisure agriculture is the primary task of the new socialist countryside construction , the main way to increase farmers' income is an important measure to improve the overall agricultural production capacity , the industrial base for building a new socialist countryside . This article first SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the western end of town , opportunities and threats of the external environment . Through the investigation found that the geographic conditions of the western end of town has obvious advantages and favorable conditions of natural resources , abundant tourism resources and economic base . But there are also urban infrastructure supporting imperfect , has failed to effectively integrate tourism resources , urban look and villages arduous task of transformation of agricultural development real problem of a lack of overall planning and lack of professional management talents . External environment , although the western end of the development of leisure agriculture is faced with fierce industry competition , but a favorable policy environment , increased the country's economic policy adjustments, the residents ' leisure time and private car ownership increases , urbanization and consumer capabilities etc. is a rare opportunity . By comparative analysis of the internal and external conditions , the authors believe that the development of agriculture of the western end of town leisure SO strategy . Then the paper conducted a systematic analysis of the course of development of leisure agriculture scenic Chengdu , \the main location of the venture , increase farmers' income ; must solve the problem of financing and the use of funds ; must focus on brand building ; must adhere to the government-led operation mode . Finally, on the basis of the SWOT analysis and case studies , the paper proposed the general idea of the western end of town to the development of leisure agriculture , and on the implementation of the general idea put forward the following suggestions : speed up infrastructure construction speed ; strengthen guidance and supported by policy support ; follow principle of rational planning and moderate advance ; emphasis on the characteristics and be able to achieve economies of scale operations ; vigorously the introduction of talent , improve service levels ; want to focus on advocacy , build brands; improving the agricultural reform , speed up the transformation of the mode of agricultural development ; establishment of a reliable and effective Scenic unified management institutions ; accelerate the investment and financing mechanism innovation and to strengthen cooperation with Taiwan enterprises .
