Abstract


The manufacturing industry is an important part of our national economy, but with the rapid development of economic globalization, the manufacturing industry is face with the low added value of the labor, resource consumption, low Innovation abilities, and in the low-end value chain, So it has been difficult to maintain its competitive advantage, in this situation, the new manufacturing mode: service manufacturing came into being. Service manufacturing realize the value added for the various stakeholders through productive service and service production in the value chain of the manufacturing industry, as an important part of manufacturing logistics just fits the trend of economic development. Effective logistics management, not only can integrate a variety of resources of their logistics systems, improve customer service levels, but also effective enough to help reduce their system costs for the enterprises, Make the logistics become the true sense of the "third profit source".This article make the study of logistics capability based on the service manufacturing model as the research object, focus on the content and constitute of the Logistics Capability based on the service manufacturing model and build an evaluation system of the logistics capability. Divided the logistics capability into five grades according the concept of the LCMM, and proposed the corresponding standard of judgment, which can help the enterprises to evaluate their logistics capability. The main research contents are:(1) On the basis of the research of documents and integration of correlatives theory, this paper analyzes the connotation and the characteristics of the enterprise logistics capability and gives the components of logistics capabilities based on the service manufacturing model:logistics element ability of the enterprise, logistics management ability of the enterprise, logistics service ability of the enterprise, logistics innovation ability of the enterprise, responding ability of the enterprise, information service ability of the enterprise and the logistics plan ability of the enterprise.(2) The capability maturity model is introduced into this paper, and the LCMM is divided into five grades:initial level, the basic level, the definition of level, management level and the optimization level. Each expert gives his judgments of the evaluation index according the corresponding standard through the questionnaire, and fuzzy AHP is used to give a comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation, at last the level maturity of the LCMM can be determined.(3) Based on the analysis of the theory in this paper, toke the enterprise which under the model of the service manufacturing as an example, gave a comprehensive evaluation of its logistics capability.
