Abstract


In this paper, empirical research methods to study the law of enterprise knowledge management ability of technological innovation performance in a different cultural context , draw main conclusions are as follows : First, despite the ability , knowledge , ability to protect enterprise knowledge acquisition , knowledge transfer capacity a significant positive impact on technological innovation performance , enterprise knowledge management of each dimension ability to enhance corporate technology innovation performance role and status differences : knowledge transformation ability to be able to adjust the knowledge for the ability , knowledge protection capacity and technology innovation performance of the relationship between knowledge into capabilities can significantly improve knowledge acquisition capability , the contribution of knowledge protection capability of technological innovation performance . Knowledge application ability to adjust the relationship between knowledge acquisition ability , knowledge protection capabilities , knowledge transfer capacity and technology innovation performance , knowledge application ability to significantly improve knowledge acquisition capability , knowledge protection capabilities and knowledge into the ability of technological innovation performance . Second , the corporate culture has a significant relationship between knowledge acquisition capacity adjustment in the knowledge management capabilities , knowledge protection capabilities , knowledge application ability , and technical innovation performance , under a different corporate culture conditions , the aforementioned three knowledge management capabilities of technology innovation performance contribution . However , the results also show that the type of corporate culture is not able to adjust the relationship between knowledge into capabilities and technological innovation performance under different culture conditions , the contribution of knowledge into the ability of technology innovation performance is the same . In this paper, the relationship between empirical research enterprise knowledge management capabilities with enterprise technology innovation performance , taking into account the cultural adjustment regulating effect , provide the basis and support for enterprises to improve capacity and create a cultural atmosphere of the purpose of improving the technological innovation performance of enterprise knowledge management .
