Abstract


In recent years , China 's logistics industry has developed by leaps and bounds . The State Council of the logistics industry as key targets for assistance , increase investment , and create a favorable external environment for the development of the logistics industry . In the development process of things , however , the external factors only conditions , internal factors play a decisive role logistics enterprises to better grasp the opportunity , we must first practice \In this paper, the status of research ZY supplier management , to find out the main problems and risk , study their choice of suppliers and Dynamic Evaluation System scientific advice , which is similar to the logistics enterprises to standardize supplier management , effective risk aversion , there is a certain amount of inspiration . In this paper, the ZY supplier management status for the study, in -depth study of supplier management theory and literature on the basis of ZY how to create the supplier selection and dynamic evaluation system for exploratory research . The key findings are: 1 . Research the ZY supplier management status , find the problems of supplier management , and proposed solutions to those problems , to lay the foundation for the establishment of the supplier selection and dynamic evaluation system . 2 . Pareto rule to determine the focus of supplier management , and the use of the classification matrix model ZY suppliers type divided to determine the relationship of the various types of suppliers select on the basis of the suppliers classification and the relationship between theoretical research . The suppliers on the basis of theoretical studies , combined with years of experience and the findings of the internal set ZY supplier selection indicators , G1 method references without consistency test set index weight , standardize the selection process in order to establish ZY supplier selection system . On the basis of the theoretical study of dynamic evaluation of suppliers Select TOPSIS method for supplier evaluation , specification dynamic evaluation process in order to establish dynamic ZY supplier evaluation system , using examples to verify . The conclusions of this study , on the one hand, will take a scientific and effective way to regulate the the ZY suppliers management , on the other hand , some inspiration to other similar logistics enterprises .
