Abstract


Business model innovation is an effective way for enterprises to achieve leapfrog development, enterprise model innovation by way of restructuring the internal resources to strengthen the core competencies, and adjust its value proposition in the industry chain to gain competitive advantage by model innovation, by model innovation changes cooperation of external resources to achieve greater synergy value. In a sense, the business model innovation is the conditions of the business and the external environment continue to match each other to adapt and optimize the process of practice. Research object J computer company (referred to as: J) is an R \u0026 D and manufacturing of computer products, private technology enterprises. J among many ODM manufacturers in the industry is a small or medium size disadvantage compared with other large ODM and EMS companies J companies in terms of financial strength, the scale of production and procurement resources. J company has a strong customer demand analysis and technology integration capabilities, has certain advantages in the emerging category and differentiated products in R \u0026 D and manufacturing. In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, J is practice and improve the operational mode for their own development of innovative ODM J company ODM mold called \J asset light ODM model and the traditional ODM Industrial Park \J asset light ODM model within the meaning of the \The traditional ODM manufacturers usually advanced technology and equipment, strong production scale, the cost advantage of vertical integration as a core capability, asset-light ODM model that its intellectual property rights, the overall solution to meet customer demand for speed and flexibility important part of the core competencies, asset light ODM model to break the boundaries of corporate R \u0026 D and manufacturing process is built on top of a mature industry, supporting environment, using self-developed manufacturing and modular outsourcing to achieve a combination of research and development and manufacturing resource optimization configuration. Asset-light type of analysis and research J ODM model can help improve and optimize this model of J Company, has inspired other similar businesses are seeking through model innovation transformation and Significance. This paper will analyze the industrial environment which J and J value among the industrial chain, and J Company's asset-light ODM model with traditional ODM model, analysis of the characteristics of each of the two modes and in different conditions manifested under strengths and weaknesses. J asset light ODM model analysis and design through the scientific method, proposed the mode of existence of some of the problems and find solutions and optimization recommendations.
